Ryan Blundell- President, Founder

Ryan grew up working in his family’s hardware store where he was taught to understand and instill the importance of customer service and trust.

Ryan Graduated from Dunwoody College of Technology on 1983 with a degree in Industrial Electronics.  From 1983 to 1989, he traveled the world installing complex test systems for jet aircraft engines.  Ryan entered the world of telecommunications in 1989 when he was employed by Burlington Northern Railroad as a communications technician responsible for the data center and telecommunications infrastructure at the corporate facility in St. Paul, MN.

From, 1994 to 2001, Ryan contributed to the success of two telecommunications contracting companies in the Twin Cities with his strong technical design skills, business development talent and operational leadership.  He has been instrumental in the execution of technical services on a national level since 1996.  Ryan achieved his BICSI RCDD certification in 2000.

In 2001, Ryan formed Master Technology Group,  a company of highly skilled professionals specializing in the design, installation and service of technology and electrical systems with an emphasis on nationwide delivery.

Ryan has always been committed to doing whatever it takes to exceed customer expectations.  His penchant for hiring good and talented people and his strong principals of quality, customer service and ethics are evident throughout the entire MTG organization.

Matt Krebsbach- Vice President Operations

Matt has been working in the technology infrastructure space for nearly 19 years. After growing up in Minneapolis, MN he joined the Navy in 1985 and served as an electronics technician for six years.

Matt has over 10 years of field experience as an electronic technician. Matt has held various operational and engineering related leadership positions within the electrical/technology field. Matt achieved his BICSI RCDD certification in 2006 and is an expert in estimating/designing electrical, data and telecom related solutions.

He has assembled and executed over $60 million dollars worth of new construction, remodel, and roll-out projects in the last 10 years.  Matt implemented the 24/7 Support Center that currently manages over 3,000 client locations and is heart and soul of MTG. He also hired and oversees 15 customer service representatives.

Matt has formed lasting relationships with everyone he has worked with over the years and never fails to deliver on project expectations. Matt has always taken pride in achieving customer goals especially when it relates to schedule and budget.

Steve Hamment- Sr. Project Engineer

Steve brings a great deal of field experience to MTG and is a key component to supporting our clients. Steve graduated from the Dunwoody Technical Institute’s Electrical Program in 1976, and then progressed through the Electrical field for the next 20 years. Holding a MN Maintenance Electrician license, a MN Journeyman license as well as being MN class “A” Master Electrician since 1981.

In the late 80’s Steve went to work at Target as the first licensed electrician to work directly for Target’s internal building maintenance team. He was Target Corporation’s  “Master of Record” for all electrical work for nearly 20 years. Steve was responsible for all Target self performed electrical work. Steve worked and supervised an Electrical Maintenance, Installation  and Auto Door repair team in the stores for the first six of nearly twenty years at Target.

Steve was promoted to Target Field Projects Manager and moved to Headquarters, eventually supervising 8- 10 people from 1995-2005. The Field Project Team managed nationwide projects that were performed by Target employed electricians and data technicians, approximately 150 techs. In this time Steve created documents for Target’s “Best Practices” as they related to electrical as well as AV Scope of Work and installation instructions for hundreds of Target projects.

During his tenure at Target, Steve was known as the “Go-To” person for electrical maintenance and installations for the entire chain.  Steve became Target’s Nationwide Asset Manager for electrical and A/V from  2005-2008. The Electrical Asset manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the electrical infrastructure for the entire Target chain, at the time about 1,650 stores.

As the Sr. Project Engineer Steve assists our Customer Service Team and or Project Coordinators with technical, engineering and design support for all electrical projects, installations and repairs.

John Salzsiedler- Director Business Development

John started his career in the technology field in 1994 and it happened to be with Matt Krebsbach and Ryan Blundell. The three of them worked together for a small data/telecom company that ended up having roots in Master Technology Group. John spent the next 15 years of his career as a business development leader within various web based technology & media related businesses. Since 2002 as an Interactive Agency- Account Director with the role of  leading project teams responsible for building web sites/custom web applications for companies like Cargill, Microsoft, H&R Block, NASCAR, Cleveland Clinic and National City Bank to name a few. This work required John to understand his clients’ core business objectives as well as managing the time, scope and budget of large technology focused projects. John is a veteran at representing his customers’ best interest and keeping his internal team in a position to exceed project expectations.

Our Coordinators work hard so you don’t have to. They help manage just about every project element including site preparation, scheduling and execution. Our Project Coordinators are experts that work for you.  Whether it is our constant over communication or thorough understanding of the project scope, this group insures the work is done correctly.

When you have a problem and you need service our Service Coordinators are there for you and your facilities team.
