UPS Server Room Power Upgrade
Completed a National roll-out of UPS power upgrade in each stores server room to support high capacity UPS. Completed roll-out in 1200 stores in 12 weeks.

- Performed multiple site surveys to define ideal approach to the project scope.
- Developed an Electrical System Capacity Flow Chart to support each installation
- Installed a new electrical circuit outlet to server room
- Installed 3 new circuits/receptacles, 1- 208VAC & 2- 120VAC, in the server room of each store
Blu Ray
National roll-out of new retail floor consumer media display replacing one exiting monitor with two new LCD monitors and a flash media player. Completed roll-out in 800 stores in 19 weeks.

TV Wall
National roll-out of television display area remodel to accommodate flat screen televisions instead of larger/older tube models. Increase shopping aisle width to better utilize the floor space for foot traffic and video game end cap. Completed remodel in 600 stores over a 10 week period of time.
